I have been taking my cars to D&G for about 5 years, everything is always perfect, very professional people, on... occasion they have even sent me photos showing me the problem of the breakdown, they are honest people. Once I had to return with my Mini Cooper S 2 months after a repair, it turned out that the part they put me in was defective at the factory, as the part was under warranty, they took my car directly to the BMW house where they installed one there. new, at no cost. People who are responsible for their repairs. I cannot do anything but recommend this workshop.read more

STAY AWAY from this garage and its owner Gonzalo. We had a gear box breakdown near Madrid and our UK insurer passed the... case to RAC Spain who took the car to this garage. It was ludicrous as they only do little jobs mainly body work such painting and our car needed a specialised gear box garage. Golzalo, not only he did not speak English, but he gave us a 2,565 Euro quote stating he needs to take off the gear box and send it to another garage to be reconstructed. We showed him we used a diagnostic machine and it gave us an error on a sensor on the gear box but he refused dialogue and insisted he needs to earn money (most likely those giving the job to him had a chunk as well - typical local corruption). We repaired the car in 200 Euros for parts and we spent extra 20 Euros to reset the codes. This is a crook and unprofessional garage, avoid.read more
